2. Quotes and Payment

2.1. Quotes are provided based on the volume, type, and accessibility of the junk. Additional charges may apply for special handling or disposal requirements.
2.2. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.3. Accepted payment methods include cash and credit cards (no checks).

3. Customer Responsibilities

3.1. The customer must ensure that items for removal are clearly identified and accessible.
3.2. The customer must confirm ownership or have proper authorization to dispose of the items.
3.3. Hazardous materials, including but not limited to chemicals, asbestos, and biohazardous waste, must not be included unless previously disclosed and approved by [Your Company Name].

4. Prohibited Items

4.1. EconoDump, LL does not accept certain items, including but not limited to:

• Medical waste

• Items restricted by local or federal law

5. Liability

5.1. EconoDump, LL is not responsible for damages to property arising from inaccessible items or unsafe conditions.
5.2. Customers agree to indemnify EconoDump, LL for any claims resulting from the removal of unauthorized or prohibited items.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

6.1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
6.2. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

7. Privacy and Data Protection
